The Chevrolet HHR (Heritage High Roof) is a small retro-styled compact crossover SUV. The Chevrolet HHR was produced and marketed by the Chevrolet part of American automaker General Motors. The Chevrolet HHR was introduced at the 2005 Los Angeles Auto Show as a 2006 model. The design of the Chevrolet HHR is based on the 1949 Chevrolet Suburban. The Chrysler HHR was designed by Bryan Nesbitt, the chief designer who also designed Chrysler PT Cruiser. The Chevrolet HHR was available in four trim levels: LS, LT, 2LT, and Special Edition.
The large cargo-carrying capacity of the HHR is one of the features that made the HHR successful. The size of the Chevrolet HHR is 57.7 cubic feet in the passenger version and 62.7 cubic feet in the panel. The Chevrolet HHR used a flat-load floor and fold-flat front passenger seat parts. The Chevrolet HHR used different types of engines: 2.0 Litre (120 cu in) turbocharged Ecotec LNF I4 engine and intercooler that produces 260 bhp (190 kW) (235 bhp (175 kW) with the optional 4-speed automatic transmission.
