The Chrysler Concorde is a large four-door, full-size, front wheel drive sedan produced by Chrysler. The Concorde was introduced by Chrysler in 1993 and was in the market till 2004. Chrysler took over AMC and introduced the Chrysler Concorde in 1993. The Chrysler LH platform was used for the production of Chrysler Concorde. The Chrysler Concorde was listed in, 'Car and Driver' magazine's ten best cars list for 1993 and 1994.
The "First Generation" of Chrysler Concorde used the 1987 concept Lamborghini Portofino as the basis for its design. The initial model used a 20” wheel and many parts were modified later. The touring suspension was used as standard for all Chrysler Concorde cars. In 1998, the Concorde was completely redesigned with parts modified and used new features for the model year. The production of Chrysler Concorde ended in 2004 and was replaced by Chrysler 300 in 2005.
